Our spring 40 Hours Devotion begins Sunday, February 2 at 7:00 pm and ends at 8 pm Tuesday night following the reflection and benediction..
Between Sunday and Tuesday night, Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament will be exposed in the monstrance for 40 hours of continuous adoration. This is an ancient Catholic devotion that we've long practiced within our Kokomo Catholic community. Each fall, St. Joan of Arc hosts the 40 Hours and St. Patrick during late winter/early spring. Each evening at 7:00 pm, we will gather for evening prayer and a a special reflection on the Eucharist given by clergy of our diocese:
Sunday, February 2 - Fr. Eric Underwood (Muncie pastorate)
Monday, February 3 - Deacon Paul Lunsford (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel)
Tuesday, March 8 - Fr. Daniel Shine (Blessed Sacrament, Lafayette)
Please stop in the narthex and commit to spending an hour (or more) with Jesus during our parish 40 Hours Devotion.
